Dear Sir,
My questions are... (1)If many persons staying out of India(consisting of family members of 5 persons) have given their GPA to TWO persons to carry out any Process related to their Property in India and from that two persons if one person is died then whether GPA is valid or not? Can other person still execute the power given to him? What should be done for the expired person?
NB.: No mention of "either or" OR "Jointly and severally" is mentioned specifically in GPA.
Thank you.

If there is clause of either of survivor then it is valid.
But yes, GOA needs to be seen first.

I completely agree with the above experts. Normally if one of them dies, the GPA will be cancelled, but the words such as 'either of survivor', 'jointly and severally' is mentioned, the GPA will be live.
