Gram panchayat land in gurgaon

hi kindly let me know that our client is planning to buy a land in gurgaon which has been given as gift to the current owner of the land for constructing hospital, DM has also given his consent in writing, clu has also done by huda. hospital is made under a trust. now that trust is planning to transfer this trust and the rights of the land to our principal company which belongs to healthcare industry. so i just want to know, is it legal for going ahead for this deal? kindly guide me. thanks

contact a local lawyer . if gift given for constructing hospital and no hospital has been constructed the donor will move court for cancelling the gift deed . if hospital has been constructed then purchase after consutling local lawyer

Intention of land owner would not have been to commercialise this hospital rather he must have thought of doing charity. if so trustees are breaching the trust. what is behind the veil no body Know unless one does not have gift deed and trust deed in his front.

Please ignore my earlier message, I saw the tile of query latter. this land belogs to Panchayat Land. first one has to ascertian that whether said land are Shamlat Deh or not. if at all this is Shamlat deh, this will be governed by Haryana Village common land Act. Panchayat has no right to transsfer this common land to company unless panchayat has big justification for this transfer. Please open below URL and read and decide
