From the facts given by you, the property in question is the personal property of your father / uncle.
Your father has every right to do whatever that he wants to do with it. He is not required to give any money/share to anybody. He need not ask for anybody's consent/permission to dispose of the property.
Nobody can object to his acts. Nobody can claim any share in the said property.
Just because it was your grand father's property, the grand son cannot claim any share. The property which your father got from your grand father, is his absolute property.

You can not claim any share till your father is alive. In the given facts your father is the owner of the property.
