in this case grandson have any legal right in father property, which property transfered by will of grandmother

what grandson able for claim against father property

and which type case is applicable for favour of grandson

This would be considered as the self acquired property of the father and the son can nothing to claim it.

father's property obviously seems to be ancestral naturally under intestate succession father gets the right of share.
