Gratuity

Is there any section/clause where it is written that salary structure cannot be changed or can be changed with the consent of the employee only. Therefore, it won't affect the calculation of gratuity.

Please share the section/clause

Dear queriest your query is not clear. to my understanding at the time of appointment (either in Gvt./PSU/pvt.) the pay scale will be notified and the gratuity will be deducted as per the norms of the institution.
