Gratuity calculation

Hi i joined in a pvt company in nov 21st 2007 and if i am resigning in the month of oct 2012 with a notice period of 3 months from oct'12 will i be eligible for gratuity in that company or not ?

You are entitled to gratuity, if you have put not less than five years of continuous service with your present employer.
