Your query reveals that either it is a hypothetical question or your company does not even have even mediocre HR personnel in the name of management

Is not it quite strange that your company can employ highly paid employees, but does not have even a mediocre system of management!

Ask your company to employ only qualified, experienced and knowledgeable HR personnel, who can handle the HR problems appropriately. Your company, if that really exist, should not depend upon free advice.

By the way, what is your status in the company and in which capacity of your in the company you have asked this query?

First indicate your date of joining and date of termination.

Mr. Ramachandran,

The anonymous querist is asking about ANY employee, not for himself, even without making mention in what capacity he is asking his question for and on behalf of his company..

No reply for an anonymous author.
Otherwise also it is an academic topic for debate.
