Grivances pendency sent to "Helpline portal of Hon'ble President of India"

I have lodged my online grievences on Hon'ble President's helpline portal by No. PRSEC/E/2009/07475 on 20.Sept, 2009. The same was transfered to first door step/to the Ministry on 29.Sept,2009. Further it was handed over to department deals with on dated 18.March, 2010. Now it is pending accordingly. Several reminder also have been sent through online to helpline portal.Those are also sent to department deals with. More than one year has been completed. Now I am feeling surprise that, how the departments are giving the response to the helpline portal of Hon'ble President? Please reply what should I do?

I do have faced the same situation. Even when I approached with the print out of "President help line Status report" to concerned department where the matter was transferred. The authority says they never got such reference from president's office. Shame Shame!!!!

Go for RTI.... you will be getting information about the pendency of the same.
