If the ex gratia is in lieu of bonus, you may have a right to receive the same proportionate to ur service during the period to which the ex graia relates. As regards the encashment of PL it depends on the staff rules of ur company.

the action required is to file a computation petition under section 33(c)(2) of Industrial Disputes Act 1947 claiming the arrears of payment from the bank with interest and costs

Hi Friend,

As you completed prohibition period and got approval for your resignation without any remark you are entitled to get all the benefits for your working period. You can directly approach your concerned hon'ble High Court by way of filing Writ Petition.
All the best.
