Guideline to fix safety door

Sir,
I have fix safety door 1 feet outside the main door. which is not troubling anybody. I am not distrubing any society's property like camera,floor lights and windows. Still commitee insting me to remove the safety door and fix it along with main door. if I have not removed the commitee will be removing on their own and I have to pay expenses through monthly bill.
is it not legal to use our varanda or 1 feet space next our main door or not?
without my permision Can commitee remove my safety door?
Please help me to resolve this issue

no one could not remove your door with out permission or legally, if you have fixed that door within your property no need to ask any advise from committee.

I disagree with the advise from Mr.Sheik.
If you are living in a society, then you are bound to follow the rules, regulations and bylaws of the society.
You can fix the safety door along with your main door. But not like the way you have fixed it now.
The Society is not at all in asking the same.

safety door is generally fixed along with main door for sake of safety of members . society generally dont object .
if society has adopted u n reasonable stand move cooperative court against the society . the distance of 1 feet has to be bridged by you as you cnanot enroach on common passage

Mr.Ajay has stated rightly.
Here the society has no objection towards the safety door attached to the main door. But, the extented safety door is encroaching the common passage. That may be the reason behind their objection.

As advised above by Mr.Ajay, you can approach the Cooperative Court if the objection by the society is not justified.

Out side your room every thing is common area in which you can NOT raise any obstruction so that others are deprived from using that.
It is entirely an other matter,they use it or does not use.

Thanks everybody, I understood that what I am using it is comman area and one should not use that area although it 1 feet outside my main door. I will be removing my safety door. Thanks all for your suggestions and valuable advice

Unless it is encroaching on common land, the approach of society is wrong.
