Hacking of my e-mail

My rival is MCA. She use to hack my e-mail and of my son's e-mail producing in court as an evidence against us. She has blocked the password of my son. Is it an offence ? Advise me in this regard.

Lodge a diary to the Cyber Crime branch of Police and file a case in Judicial Magistrate Court u/sec.156(3) Cr. P. C. charge with sec.66(2) of Information Technology Act.
