MSS BUILDERS constructed A venture in kurnool rural. After he did not handover venture panchayath or venture ASSOCIATION.he did not maintaining venture. He live it from June 2018. Maintaining means bore electricity Bill,street light Bill. ASSOCIATION what can do. Please give suggestion.

The builder is supposed to handover the common areas . Form one association and give pressure to builder. send a legal notice

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs etc etc for a considered opinion to handle any situation…properly.

Whether the builder has constructed the premises as apartments, flats, individual house/bungalows or any other type of dwelling unit(s) ?
Whether the titleholder of the plot of land where the builder has stated to have constructed is a cooperative society, association, society or any other form or owners and whether the plot of land is on perpetual lease or freehold?
Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, analyse, guide and proceeding.
