harassement by supervisor

I am working in Pvt lTd Bank as MAnager i have joined on 6 Sept 2010 and till date i am not been confirmed in my services.I am pregnant by 6 months and facing lot of troubles here.
My issue are
1) company has a norm of probation period of 6 months which was extended on 6 March 2011 because of some operational issues (undeserved)by my supervisor .I was not rated equally to the people in my Branch during year end appraisal on 31 March 2011 as well stating HR has done so(all employees have same score as i had and they recived bonus as well).
2)I have been working for min of 11-12 hours, under stress,my supervisor is very rude passes personal ungracefull remarks every now and then.He has always been threatning me that my services will not be confirmed.
3)On July 14/07/2011 he actually insulted and harrassed me infront of every staff memeber and asked me to leave the branch and report to higher authorities.I made a complaint to hR as well they are looking into the matter enquiry has been set to get the details.
Now i want to file a case against my supervisor and agaisnt my company in case they dont provide me the solution
Kindly help how can i proceed furthur

It is time you prepare a file of papers of your application for the post, the terms and condition of your appointment and the correspondences you had with your employer on harassment by your superior. This will help you in future.
However from what you have said you have not been able to make a good start in your post. Also because you are in a private Bank bosses may act on their fancies. It would be better for you, being a lady, to find a better job than be in a post with added trouble to normal work.

Hi poorva,
regarding the professional issues, you have to go through the employment contract or employee manual, how they can decide some one to promote and grant bonus. If they are not complying the same, you can approach the court to get it redressed.
regarding the mental harassment, if supervisor is personaly hurting you, criminal charge can be attracted by filing complaint before the police as it is witnessed by some of your collegues.

please clearify the word "operational issue"

and refer to para 2 of ur post it shows that soe sort of DI has been initiated kindly give details that when it was initiated and wat is the status ...

i am in operations (bank) so there was a mistake of mine on operational part for which my probation was extended and that period ahs lapsed now .My boss forwarded a confirmation mail on 02/06/2011 for my confirmation but 15/07/2011 another mail was sent to delay the same stating the incident that i have raised
and i have given complaint to my HR they have visited and taken the feedback from by staf as well.They have said that my boss is dominating and passes personal remarks.It was in all a negative feedback given by them regarding his behaviour and that incidence.I am waiting for the hr reply now
