I Mr. Nirmal Panchal is mentally harassed by one person. On 30th June i left my job but my old boss is give me such kind of "DHAMKI" WARNING and try to embarrassing me by doing such kind of messages and calls. Please call me when you get this message or give me your contact number, so that i can all you. Please help me, I want to come out from this problem. Due to this problem, i am not even able to concentrate on my new office. Please help me and because of this problem, my family is also in tension. Why would he do such a thing ? What had happened during your job with him ? did you leave abruptly ? Come out with all the facts

When i was working over there, he said to all the employee that he is going to give us a target. The target was 1 lakh per person. If we full feel the target, then he will pay 5% incentive on the amount out of 1 lakh and if are not able to reach that, then he will cut the 10% of the remaining amount of 1 lakh. So when he gave us this kind of scheme, he said we must have to follow this scheme. After that, with in 1 20 days 5 staff leave the job out of total 6 staff. Only i was the last employee who was working and the employees who left the jobs, he didn't give the salary to them. When i got my salary, he cut my salary 10000 as a target, because he gave 2 lakh target to me but i fail to reach there. So after getting that salary i mailed him that as per the company noums, i am giving the formal resignation letter. I gave my resignation letter on 15th June. After 30th June now he is messaging me that if i didn't pay the target amount, then he will make case on me that i cheat him and also he is telling me that the collections of the from other is also on me. He messaged me that if i'll not pay the money then he will show that i took cash from his company. Even he said me that in the market he will flow the mails of my name that i cheat him and take cash from his company. And i have a fear that may be he will do my duplicate signature and make such fake documents to take illegal money from me. When he said us about the target, he didn't sign a single document but still he cut my salary. For any other information, if possible then please call me, as i don't have your contact no.

Dear Sir,
Today once again i got a call from him and he was giving me such kind of warning, that if i'll not pay him money 82,000 then he will show me that what he is. Even he called my new boss and trying to make him fool that i left the job and i have to pay the money which is totally illegal. Please help me out..... Can i have to make a complain in Police Station for making me and my family harassment. Please give me the legal way to fight with him.

Lodge Police Complain. ur boss cannot succeed.
u r employee, not a contract of sell.
No one can force u to sell or meet target.
Selling depend on quality of good, necessity of purchaser, and all not in your control. u r only bound to make reasonable efforts/ cannot guarantee target. Salary is your right. He cannot deduct .
DO NOT FEAR. FACE IT.
Send him Legal notice, not to communicate / do whatever in court. There is no cheating.
