Harrasment from wife

My wife threatens me that if I don't accept what ever she says she will commit suicide and all my family members will be behind bars.
Myself & my family members living under great threat and keep quiet even if she abuse us.
Whether can I get divorce from her on this reason. I also fear that she may file FIR under 498A and harrased my family members. We have not demanded any thing from her at the time of marriage or after marriage.
Please guide me?

immediately you make a complaint against your wife at police station, if she will give complaint against you earlier, in the view law of accused you, so you can give complaint police station for cruelty.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your propmt response.
I dont have any evidence that she threatens me using suicide threats. How would police believe my statement?

Furthur, How can I prove that we have not asked for anything from girl famaily. Whatever gifts were given by girls family to me or to our relative was general natrue.
