Harrassment by Judiciary

2 years were passed of seperation living my 2 childrens with me and never turned back to look after the childrens, despite of my efforts to get my wife back home, my wife under influence of her family filed 498-A & 323 (2 criminal against me and my mother) in June 2009 which were found false in Police investigation. As my inlaws are working in Local Judiciary and wife in Punjab & Haryana High Court, with the impact of their position in Judiciary and Local Judges Phone call FIR was filed against me and was sent to Jail for 12 days & 4 days. After this 2 years has passed non witness has appeared in case to claim justice and withness of crime nor any argument has proceeded till date. Judges are aware of all the facts and delaying the case by giving dates and harrassing me. I have also complained about this to higher authorities about misuse of law and position of Judiciary and also Investigation Judge of High Court and Chief Justice of Supreme Court. But no action till dated. I wish to ask how long i will be trapped in this false case and will i be revealed of this case at any stage. I also have doubt about my wife illicit relation with her brother in law. But not possible for me to get any evidence as she belong to Judicial Family and very careful about things.

you may seek transfer to your case to some other district, if you have enough evidence to say that there is an undue influence of any of the authorities may be judicial.
or you may approach SC of India for transfer of case to some other state keeping in view the influence being used by your wife and in laws....but you must be specific and very sure about the allegations.

You complain for about this to the A.J. of the High court of your state as only the A.J. looks all the matters regarding this type .
