Hc judge again put the matter for concilation after staying with husband for 12 days as per hc order

As per theHC order i stayed with my husband for 12 days at a rented house in bangalore though he had his own house there and he was staying alone there. He did not cooperate in any way. He did not bring hia clothes also. he used to get up at 7 and go to his house have bath there and then go to work and come back at 11.30pm work on laptop and sleep by 2 with talking to me much but he did play with my 3 yr old daughter. He bought the basic things but i had to pay for thr groceries. He only tried to pressurise me to go in for a mutual divorce and said he would not pay the monthly maintainence to me but whenever required amt for daughter i should call him and he would pay the amount directly where ever needed(In last 3 yrs he has not recieved my call or nor shared any financial responsibility of my daughter. I refused his proposal saying that HC wanted us to stay together to see if we could work our differences and i have never thought a divorce as there was no major issue betn us. Then on the 15 we were to return to Dhrwad for the HC hearing on 16sept he asked me if i wanted to stay with him and i said yes. he said i had to come back the same day with him. Since he had not behaved properly with me i told him i need 2 days to come back. he got very angry and said that if i have to come i have to come the same day or go back o my dads house. He also threatened me that if i decide to come back he will make my life miserable and treat me like a dog. he also said that he will not let me sit at home eat free of cost. i have to find a job and leave my three yr old daughter in a day care and take care of all expenses of the house to the extent of my pay and rest he may look after.
After this he asked me to get down from the bus at 11 to go back home(We had left bangalore at 9 pm) i refused and said that i would come back after 2 days.
The next morning in th HC our both lawyers told the judge that there was no coperation from either side. The judge put the matter for councelling again. Awaiting notice for the councilling from HC for next week. My query:
1) I do not have any recording of what he said. But i have msgs asking him when he is coming home after it 10pm every night.
& I have a msg which sent to him which shows he never shifted his clothes to the apt where we stayed. Is it sufficient to show the court he was not interested from day 1 to try make things work?
2) Why councelling again? what can i expect here?
3) do wome who work(wife salary 5k and husband salary 41k.) have a child custody with mother not entitled for maintainence. If entitled, plz could u give me SC judgements.

Ans: You can report it , max on AFFIDAVIT.

you husband has no intentions of staying with you . he wants a divorce .
the fact that he says he will treat you like a dog shows his mind set . you are better off with a divorce . you would be entitled to maintenance for your self and child as your husband is earning Rs 41,000 a month .
divorce by mutual consent is best .
