Hearing in sites

(Querist) 20 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
The judges instead of sitting in court room and conduct trails hearings, suppose if they sit at the place where the crime is committed/ done and inquire about the crime will it bring psychological effect on the culprit?

Will it fasten the case?
