Hello i need a will probate and an injunction at the earliest possible n i would like an advocate

(Querist) 31 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
see there is this will on the basis of which mutation is done but what is shocking is that life interest has been given to someone whilst original owner with the right to sale is me n mrs x jointly.yet mutation has been done without my knowledge years ago.i found out about 1 month ago n what is shockin is that a loan against property has been taken by my father in whos name the property is transfered plus since past 7 years he has not repaid the bank.i want to secure my rights as he now is also saying continously that along with witness he has nullified the final will of a dying person which is clearly making fool out of me as the mutation is taken on the basis of that will and a loan against property is still there unpaid till date for last 7 years so how can he cancel that will is not understandable .please help me to explain if this is possible and with imidiate effect tell me procedure of probate and injunction along with legal formalities to be fulfilled.i dont want casual letters but firstly i want legal notices delivered by me n postman n police station personel o claim the same. i would like to wrap this up in minimum possible time n finances since im working person and have a little financial problem.pls let me know n lets proceed .please.i would like to meet asap.

you need to engage a lawyer . show him the papers of the case . the will of deceased . why did you not apply for probate for so many years . it is advisable to go in fr probate to avoid legal problems later
