Dear guests,

please guide that if 138 complaint is dismissed on default that complainant was absent. Now whats the best remedy?

revision will lie to district judge or we have to file 482 crpc application in high court for quashing of order.

pls give me best advice as u always do experts

go in revision before session court if complaint dismissed for default
