Sir, mene ek personal loan axis bank se liya tha, isi bich mera tabiyat ko leke mera job chhut gaya, lekin mene late latif pricpal emi
Koi job v pura jama kardiya, lekin late nahi lagbhag 22000 reh gaya, jiska chaltey ekdin achanak lokadalat se phone atta hai ki aap paisa jama kijie nahi to hum cout case karenge jis k liye aapko court se bel lena padega, sir mera maali halat avi weisa nahi hai ki me itna pisa jama karsakun. Avi mera paas koi job v nahi hai, kripaya mera marg darsan kijiye

Agar aap ne loan liya hai to aap ko paid karna hoga aap aviod nahi kar sakte. Agar aap ki halat kharab ho gaye hai to bank wale se baat karke kuch raasta nikalye. Agar aap loan dene se bachna chahate ho to ye possible nahi hai.

There is no criminal offense here unless it is demonstrated you are trying to run away or cheated while applying,One should not take personal loans unless very needy and emergency.Interest rates are too high and compounding. Even credit car bills if not paid in time attract 38-45% PA interest .In USA it is 22 to 24 % .Interest rates in India on FDs has fallen form 14 to 7% but to help MNC banks corrupt politicians and RBI stooges dont decrease interest which should not be more than 24% in any case.i wrote 3 times to Mr Jetley ,law commission RBI governor .no one is responding .if you dont have any non movable assets you can declare insolvency .Ha Ha. Never mind . Personal loans being insecure and risky have high interest rates too and banks use this idle cash with them to make some fast money But still opersonal loans are much cheaper than using credit cars

सबसे पहले ध्यान दे लोकअदालत भी न्याय व्यवस्था का हिस्सा है यह इस तरह जैसा की आपने बताया फोन नहीं करती. अप्पने लोन लिया है कोई जुर्म नहीं किया अपनी बैंक से बात करें और फैसले का प्रयास करें. यदि किसी का आपको धमकाने के लिए फोन आये तो उसे रिकॉर्ड करें और RBI को शिकायत करें
