I applied in both railway E.R. and SER as M.P.and ITI minimum as per adv. Unfotunatly i miss to mention about my H.S. . I had been selected first Southeast Rly southeast and kol RRB had attached and pvr H.S. certificate .it only a copy attach to my S.R. . Ihad been farther selected Eastern rail at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly but at the time of attestion I informed Erly about my H.S. qualification but they ignored as per application .my service continuing from Serly to Erly. My service book will come from Serly to ERly. My quarry will ERly take the H.s. automatically. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how I save to it. Dae of joing 2013. Mp 1996.H.S. 1998. I am handicaped person help me

In what way the HS qualificatin will help you ? Just an entry in the service records. However, it may help you in future.

my service continuing from Serly to Erly. My service book will come from Serly to ERl( with attached HS certificate but service book treated as MP+ITi) . My quarry Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how I save to it. Dae of joing 2013. Mp 1996.H.S. 1998. I am hansss
Can the punishment major . I have no monytory and promotion benefit to it

had the HS qualification was recorded in your service book at your request? Was it attested by the head of office? If the qualification is genuine, no need to get panic.It is quite common to request for entering the additional qualifications as and when acquired by an employee.In certain cases additional increments also awarded for higher qualifications.

No . no.farther i informed Erly about my H.S. qualification but they ignored as per application .

From the given facts it appears that non inclusion of your academic qualification "H.S" in the application form is merely a commission of error done due to inadvertence as because such error was removed by subsequent intimation to your employer as such it has no effect in your service book. However, to protect your right further you may intimate your employer in writing that due to inadvertence you could not mention your H.S.qualification in the application so that such intimation can be tagged with your earlier declaration in the form.
