Hello,
i am male,34, married, fighting 498a(dowry case)for past 5 yrs.
Fighting for divorce for past 4 yrs. Giving maintenance 5000/- p.m to wife.
Now the matter..
i am having affair with a girl(26 yrs) for past 3 yrs, Having several times physical relation with her. She knows everything about my previous life as I am married and fighting for divorce, as it was told by me in the beginning.
We want to marry, but due to the litigations and her parent's rejection, it is in vain.
question 1] Can she live with me under LIVE-IN relationship.
question 2] Can we live in domestic relationship.
question 3]What can b the legal remedy for us, so that the police cud not torture us.

You cannot live as it amounts to bigamy and you and that girl will be held for committing offence until you are legally divorced. Tell the stage of the litigation so that easily you can get divorce by way of mutual divorce petition.

Live in relationship is not objectionable,until it is not made public.Complications start and you have to face them.You have been fighting 498 case for the past 4 years.What is the reason for such a delay.Once your live in relationship is proved you may have to face further adverse implications in your above case.You can use any kind of term for living together,but it is not legal.
