Hiba to illegitimate mazor son of immovable property is valid in muslim personal law or not.Pls. answer

Yes - an Hiba can be made to any one, provided the bare essential of a valid Hiba are satisfied.

There should be
i) Declaration of Hiba;
ii) Acceptance;
iii) Delivery of Possession.

if the above is done Hiba is complete.
