I just wanted to know,in High court at what stage the case is considered as admited to decided substantial question of law.

the movement notice is issued to defendant, can we call it as admitted?

at first date after hearing arguments of lawyer of plaintiff, high court admit the case, if said case is maintainable under the
relavent provisions of law related to said case and then case status is called as ADMITTED and notice of case is also sent to def.for next date.
