hindu widow daughter in law(no child) can claim properties from mother in law.

But section 15 says that daughter-in law
couldn't claim from mother-in-law-properties

yes, she cannot claim mother in law, but husband share is available then claim.

claim by widowed daughter in law does not mean from the property of living mother in law, but after the death of the mother in law, as a share of the son of the mother in law and her husband.

Moreover secion 15 does not mention anywhere that on the death of a female Hndu her widowed daughter in law cannot claim the share of her husband. Section 15 reiterates only about the ownership of a woman to the property possessed/acqired by her.
