It is not Sapinda relation, so you can marry.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 June 2013
It is sapinda
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 10 June 2013
Yes it is sapinda and if marriage is solemnised between them than it would be void.

Sapinda relationship” with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is to be counted as the first generation.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 12 June 2013
Father;s father's sister's son's son do not fall within the ambit of sapinda and thus such marriage is valid.

The parameter told by Bhartesh ji do not cover such remote relationship.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 12 June 2013
The relationship changes from the sister of grand father and the groom is grand son of sister of grand father.
