The Govt of India repealed the HSA (amnd)2005 is repealed on 13th May 2015.

How the Supreme court judgment on 24th Oct 2015 used the same act for the disposing the case.

NOw restrict the women rights on his father properties on 24th Oct 2015 Judgement.

Is the daughter has still right over his deseased father self acquired properties.

In judgement saying PIL was registered for counsels comments can change the judgement view.
