What do u mean by vested interest as per section 20 of the transfer of property act, 1882. Pls with the example(S).
Meaning of Fiduciary Relation as per the Hindu Succession Act.

where one person places complete confidence in another in regard to a particular transaction or one's general affairs or business. The relationship is not necessarily formally or legally established as in a declaration of trust, but can be one of moral or personal responsibility, due to the superior knowledge and training of the fiduciary as compared to the one whose affairs the fiduciary is handling

Right of ownership, possession, and use of a tangible or intangible property that is immediate (or is certain to come about) and which (unlike a contingent interest) is not dependent on something that may or may not happen. Not to be confused with vested in interest. See also absolute interest.
