Sir
Can a Hindu undivided family remain as undivided even after partition of their properties? Can they also make a fresh partition after throwing some properties purchased after the original partition in to the common pool along with the original properties. Pl clarify.

Suit for partition has nothing to with undivided nature of family.
So even after partition a new property owned jointly can always be partitioned.

The joint status of the Hindu undivided family is to be decided by the circumstances and not by the partition of the properties. If some other properties were added subsequently to the joint family property, thy are also liable to be partitioned at par with the other properties. Be specific in what you wanted o clarify.
