Yesterday u replied that we don't have to take mortgage noc from cidco.....in place of that we have to take noc from mortgager bank....but it is mortgage with bank of baroda and we are also applying in bank of baroda for our home loan..plz guide us...

It hardly matters from which bank you intend to obtain loan. Question is that the property is already mortgaged with a particular bank and it is going to be so without redemption of mortgage so it requires NO of the mortgagee bank.
