i have purchased cidco approved flat 7years before and now i want to take loan for purchasing one more flat in loadbearing.can i get loan on my 7years cidco approved flat.means can i keep my flat as security or guarantee.

If you want to take loan from Bank, you may approach the bank for procedure.
