In particular do we need to take license uner the Drugs and Cosmetics act or not...???
for Bathing Bar ???
For Toilet Soaps we need to get a license that i am aware of.....

Though it is not a legal query, I would like to answer to settle your problem. The manufacturing of bathing soaps or such products comes under Small Scale Industries. If you visit District Industries Centre at your District Headquarters, they will guide you in the matter.

The product falls under the category of cottage Industry if it is made following indigenous process and in that event it will not fall under the purview of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
