Hospitals carelessness!!

Dear All learned Advocates,
I am too much thankful to all of you my answers my old queries!
I have experienced few cases and seen multiple cases of hospitals carelessnesses..
Once patient was admitted in hospital at moradabad after getting referred by another doctor in critical state. After few days of care they requested for discharge..even though patient was not in even safe zone. Now my problem was, while i was searching for anthe feasible options, i found day the patient was without ventilator and without monitoring system in ICU, the patient before was in talkative state, but afterwards the patient become uncancious state. When I asked from hospitals they provided lame and unsatisfacctory excuses. My problem was patient was in irrecoverable state. As patient remains in ICU, they dont allow all the time to enter into ICU, so only on fixed schedule , we can enter into ICU.
Now my the patient has been expired and last rights has happened.
Now my question is , in such situation how to manage the ensure patient is in acceptable situation, at least ? I experienced in Moradabad, but I heard several cases where hospitals act in such manner with patients due to unknown reasons , one could be financial gain or some other.

If you suspect medical negligence then you can collect the documentary evidences to prove your allegations/ case before court I.e., before the consumer forum

Mere allegations of medical negligence are not sufficient you have to prove it by cogent evidence. If you have such evidence then file complaint before Consumer Commission.

All learned advocates,
The bottleneck is when patient is in critical state then they try upto an exent to and charge lots of money, at a stage when they found no option they put pressure to caretakers to take out from hospital directly or indirectly by hook or crook as they dont wanted to take a death of patient or a unsuccess or preserve the good image of hospital, but at that time due to critical state caretakers are not in situation to avail an immediate option where they can ensure at least out of danger state at that time hospital become senseless and caretakers are in no where situation, hence they request/push to hospital protect patient. When hospital do not find a way to make patient out from hospitals they adapt the unprofessional / not recommended ways to achieve the same. The situation becomes extremely painful when they become too harsh with patient and act a death agent for them , one side hospitals stop caretakers to go near patient with the name or safety etc , and in back behind the wall, they sometime off the various medical equipments or off the ventilator, in result of which patient moves quickly towards death and after few hours when caretakers reach near to patient, the patient either dies or become uncancious or anything at that time caretakers have no options. The mental state do not trigger legal trick to win out the situation even if caretaker goes patients can not be make survived which is end objective of caretakers.
Additionally to give the deadbody they make paper formalities in which they take sign of caretakers to handover the dead body in which they hide all there carelessnesses etc etc.
In short hospitals admit patients intially for the sake of business with n number of commitments but afterwards they blackmail to caretakers at the cost of patients good health or handing over the deadbody, if patients dies.
Now my questions is how to ensure the proper sensible treatments from hospitals which is our prime objective. Its not only my case, i have seen n number of cares of such incidents and many are public news even after death hospitals allotted ICU just to gain business.
Now how to handle such situations / hospitals to get at least justified treatment even after payments ? This situation of carelessness of hospitals or brutal business tactics is too much cruel for patients and caretakers.Its kind of generic problem. The solution could be legal or some othet way possible too. Request to suggest in any of possible ways, if anyone think upon to ensure sentible and safe treatment, as after death even long legal fights provide no gain, or back of patients life or case loss chances are too there due to legal weaknesses or other factcors too.

There can be no suggestions made to your feeling of anguish and grievances that is happening at the most of the hospitals.
but our judicial/legal system cannot interfere into the medical administration of the hospitals.
You can approach the judicial system only if any injustice is done to you causing you grievous mental injuries due to the negligence of the hospital / doctors .
Therefore no debate on your grievances expressed through your latest post can be made.
If you are having any personal grievance you can come out with it so that suggestions can be made ton overcome the same.
