House registration without paying property tax

hi,

Planning to purchase a house in hyderabad. But house doesn't have assessment yet (means property tax not paid).

Is it possible to do registration of the house?

What are the reasons for not having assessment. Is it a new one?

Get all the documents checked from local lawyer. Find out the reason and arrears of liability.
