How and where to complaint for draining surface water in to my property

Dear Sir,

I would like to complaint against neighbour for draining surface water into our property intentionally causing substantial erosion around wall despite informing them this result into future disputes.

So i request to advise how and where i should go for complaint and please provide some complaint format.

Complain to the drainage authorities and serve a legal notice.If things are very bad you could file a police complaint also

They are only simple letters and no formats.If necessary get it drafted thro a Local Lawyer

You can file an application before SDM, under Section 133 Cr.P.C for causing nuisance also.

Try to solve the issue amicable, once legal step taken, relation would tense for years. first try to save relation and resolve the issue amicably.

If not solved contact local lawyer.
