hi there,
I want to know the process so to disown my own 3rd son who is currently in usa.
Please let me know the process, time and other things required.

By giving a public notice.. You can mention that you have severed all relations with your son and no one should deal with him in respect of your property and any dealing with him shall not be binding upon you. Consult a good lawyer who'll guide you properly.

Adv. Archana is right, but as told by Mr. Makkar, he has replied you through your private message, then why u r trying to make fool of others if u dont have believe on the experts you can go anywhere else, these all experts are sharing their knowledge free of cost here, but you are misusing it, its not good.
You should go to the office of any advocate personally and then ask him all your queries, if u dont rely on experts comments here.
