How can i evict encroachment from govt land

Respected Sir,
1. I want to know the procedure §ion under which i can file application OR SUIT against Mr B ram . B ram has built house on Govt. land ( this land is known as Gochar BHUMI) illegally.This land is located in Rural area &under Chirawa Jhunjhunu raj.
2. Please tell me powers of Tashildar to evict encroachment (Rajasthan).
3. If tashildar is partial or by corruption then whom I shall approach and how ?
4.Can it be regularized?
5.B ram"s house is located in front of our disputed land .

1. Gocharbhumi is of Gram Panchayat. You should persuade Gram Panchayat to serve eviction notice and then ensure filing of petition under section 7 of VCL Act in the Court of Tehsildar Chirawa.

2. Tehsildar has got every power under Village common Land Act so ensure its implementation.

3. Collector Jhunjhnu then Deputy Commissioner, Jhunjhunu.

4. If State policy subject to its reduced value permit.

5. This is just an information.
