I am muslim boy from pakistan.My Father born in india and came in pakistan in 1969 and still he has indian birth certificate
and pakistani passport and my mother also was indian passport then married with my father in 1988 and she got pakistani
passport and now she also has pakistani passport now and i am going to marry with indian girl can i settle in india with my parents.and by mistaken my father's Pakistani passport mention that he born in Karachi,Pakistan in 1954 but correctly my
father born in madras,India in 1952 who mention his indian passport submited certificate who issued by Goverment of Pakistan i will be very thankful for your possitive reply.

Indian visa rules applicable to stay in India.You are advised to go through the visa rules of India.

India give us hardly one month visa of type visit and what about my parents who is ex Indian what document we should bring India with us and police commissioner Chennai office said us that consult your case to lawyer otherwise we can give you stay and office also doubt that Pakistani boy cant stay with marry reason just Pakistani girl can give stay via long term visa.you experts kindly guide me proper way please.I will be very very thankful of you.

Now your parents are foreigners, as a matter of fact they are the citizens and passport holders of Pakistan. The visa rules apply to them also.You and your parents may request the Indian government to extent the time of stay after arival.

Mr.Girish i am talking about my father previous Indian passport that he submitted his Indian passport in Pakistan and he has submitted certificate.
