HOW CAN IMPLEAD THE L.RS AFTER THE DEATH OF PLAINTIFF ON WHAT PROVISION

IF PLAINTIFF DIES THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE ARE THE PLAINTIFFS SO ON WHAT PROVISION THEY CAN IMPLEAD AS L.RS?

as per the provisions layed down in ORDER 22 of the CPC all the L.Rs may implead with in 90 days from the death of the plaintiff.

If not done within 90 days then file application for condonation of delay and setting aside the abatement.

Even though normally the L.R's implead themselves in stake matters, it is advisable to file an application Under order 22 CPC & take necessary steps(Pay court fees for summons)
