how can we catch up an accused who has absconded to UK

Hi,

The case has been handling since 24-Sep-2011 prior to registration of the case the accuse has been escaped from India. Criminal of IPC-498A,420,406,506,

A1 is abscond so far, 7 persons are involved in the case iding 1got the interim stay from the High Court of AP and DVC also registetred .

There is a detailed procedure for repatriation. The request has to be routed through Min of Ex Affairs through concerned home deptt.
