How change house ownership in brother name

I am married 32 years women & I have one brother. Before married me & my brother staying together. My mother died 14 year ago. We are in Roman Catholic community. After my mother died my father changed his religion became Muslim. He left the house. Now he again comes back to our life. Because of two different religion my marriage life also in problems going on. & my brother also not getting girl for marriage now he telling to I & my brother leave the house. House is father’s name. He wants to give that house for build up Majid. . We don’t have afforded to buy another house or go for rental house. Kindly advise me how to save my house

If the house is purchased by your father's own income. You can't questioned him. But if the house is ancestral property, then there is a way.

House is made my mother income But my mother register on my father name.

If you are having evidence that the house is purchased from your mother income. You can claim, but the evidence should be clear
