dear experts,
my grandmother wants to make will in the name of my mother for the property on which case is in the court between my grandmother v/s her brothers. I want to know can my grandmother can make will for that property? Can anybody of her family challenge such will in court? & how to make leagal will?

Your grandmother can make a will in respect of her share. However, it would depend upon the final court verdict as the case is in the court.
