How to apply for a trade mark online

I have visited the http://ipindia.nic.in/ website to apply for a TM online

But I was unable to register

Can anyone please guide me though the procedure

The procedure stated in site is not user friendly your check following things.

Use only internet explorer only.
You should have class 3 digital signature.
Your internet brouser should be configured as stated in site.

I think you do not have digital signatures.

First of all get developed your digital signature.
