How to apply for the s.s.c board to change the name in my 10th class marks list

My name and father's name was erroneously printed in my 10th class certificate.now I've to apply for the S.S.C board to change the name in my 10th class marks list what's the procedure and what are the document's i should attach with it.

First approach your school and ask to rectify the mistake.
