How to built temporary road in waste land (poramboku)

sir i have a farm land which is little away from main road before my farm land there is 50 cent wasteland which is encroached , and that person is not letting a way for driving tractor and other farm equipment , i don't have any interest to enjoy the total 50 cent land but i need a temporary way through the wasteland to access my farm land , kindly suggest me ideas how to deal with this problem.

If the routine way is obstructed, you can file a cse under the easementary act, or seek the assistance of the authorities for access to your land.

1. File Application before the local Tahsildar office for right of way, under the Easement Act. He will issue necessary order, after holding proper hearing.

Where is the property (farm house) situated ?
Did you get access to your farm when you acquired (from the vendor) and developed the farm ?
How and why other person is claiming title / possession over wasteland through which you intend to get passage ?
