It was writ of the type certiorari for quashing of FIR (being abuse of process of law) and decided by single bench of high court. In the order the high court refused to interfere at this stage and directed the trial court to consider the pleadings at the time of framing of charge. I want to challenge it on the ground that there being clear abuse of process of law, high court must have interfered.
