How to complain legally against snapdeal

Respected, everyone,
Snapdeal send an old and damage watch. Immediate After the delivery of the product, the customer requested them to change the watch within their prescribed time. But there is no positive response, After making several calls and sending several mails, they haven't changed it still yet and mislead its customer over a month. And the prescribed time is over now. Please, suggest, how to complain legally against snapdeal for their fake promise and responsibility?

There's no regularity authority to control on line trade in India. The only remedy you have is to file a complaint against Snapdeal before consumer forum

No company can cheat the customers either online or through direct sale. Law of land protects all types of consumers/customers. File consumer complaint before DCDRF of your area.

Yes,file complaint against snapdeal before District Consumer Forum having jurisdiction and claim cost of watch and compensation towards mental and physical agony caused to you.

Your description is not sufficient to get appropriate advice.
You have not made any mention, what description was the response of snapdeal on your transaction. Normally, while acknowledging the transaction including receipt of amount, they normally write further course of action about delivery or exchange.
So, at first, you may better go through the acknowledgement of transaction, more particularly the terms & conditions of Snapdeal before taking any action.
