How to defend against false allegations in 498a

(Querist) 19 December 2016 This query is : Resolved
If a wife, in 498a/DV, makes false allegations such as -
1. She was beaten
2. She was subjected to sexual cruelty such as unnatural sex
- then how does the husband defend against such claims?

My wife has produced fake medical certs by bribing the doctors at a govt hospital (her family is very influential).
All the allegations in the FIR and her statements are very generic. But it is the fake medical certificates that I am worried about.
