How to dissolve a Registered Private Trust

Dear Gentlemen,
The beneficiery as well as the trustees of a Registered Private Trust (started to protect the landed housing property which is scheduled in the trust to protect the interests of the sole beneficiery) has decided to dissolve the trust and handover the peoperty thereon to the Sole Beneficiery for whose safety and welfate the trust was creted.
Pls guide me the complete procedure/assistance.
Oflate, the beneficiery suspects the intentions of the one of the trustee of the trust. There are, in all two trustees alive.

You have not mentioned the age of the beneficiary and the clauses of the trust qua the winding up of trust. Winding clause is must to be inserted in every trust deeds registered under Indian Trust Act 1885 so follow that clause in letter and spirit.

If the Trust is revocable and private then the settlor can revoke such Trust by way of registered deed of Revocation.
